Refund policy
Returns/Replacements:
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly (paige@bbandfco.com) so we can discuss a resolution within 30 days of receipt. If there are any issues with defects/issues during transit, be sure to include photos.
There is a limit of 5 returns per 30 day period.
Returns/Replacements are accepted in the event of obvious manufacturing defect or receipt of an incorrect order. We (BB&F Co.) will cover shipping in those cases.
In other cases of return (changed mind) the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the items. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the return on our end. If shipping/postage is due upon receipt it will be deducted from the refund amount.
To complete your return/replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are shipping internationally, both options we offer will give you tracking information.
We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for shipments lost in transit (domestic or international).
