Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Thank you for your support of Boyd Blade & Ferrule Co (bbandfco.com). The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We strive to ship orders in a timely fashion.

All in stock injection molded plastic orders are processed within 1-2 business days (usually 1, unless we're really slammed). Orders are not shipped on weekends or shipped/delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Orders are combined into a sack for shipping.ย  If you require multiple sacks (limit 1 per design), please make a note on your order or email us so we can send them with your package.

For International Orders, Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Service through UPS or DHL are both currently offered.ย  We do not up-charge these rates

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number along with a notification upon delivery.ย  If an email address isn't provided at the time of order, there is not a way for our system to forward an order confirmation along with subsequent shipping information.

If you are shipping internationally, both options we offer will give you tracking information. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for shipments lost in transit (domestic or international).ย 

Should you need your order in a hurry, I do not advise the cheapest shipping option, particularly going Internationally.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Boyd Blade & Ferrule Co. (bbandfco.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Boyd Blade & Ferrule Co (bbandfco.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns/Replacement Policy:

If you have an issue with your order, please email us directly (paige@bbandfco.com) so we can discuss a resolution within 30 days of receipt.ย ย If there are any issues with defects/issues during transit, be sure to include photos.

Returns/Replacements are accepted in the event of obvious manufacturing defect or receipt of an incorrect order. We (BB&F Co.) will cover shipping in those cases.

In other cases of return (changed mind) the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the items.ย  Refunds are issued upon receipt of the return on our end.
