5/8" Design. 3d printed in ABS.

Designed for .335" shafts (woods/hybrids). Available in 3 different outer diameters (ODs). .540" is sized for old school woods. More current woods and hybrids often have smaller hosels and adapter tips. So we also now offer 3d printed .335" ferrules in .500" OD and .515" OD. The best way to determine which size you need is to use a calipers to measure the hosel on the club (or ask your clubfitter to do this for you). Or just order a 9-pack of 3 ferrules in each of the 3 sizes.

If you measure your club and need a different diameter entirely, just shoot us a note. We can make a custom sized ferrule for you.

Note that the color on these is not a perfect match to the larger Balgove ferrules as they are manufactured differently.

Installation instructions:

These 3d printed ferrules install similarly to traditional ferrules with one key exception: we advise against using force to slide the ferrule up the shaft. 3d printed plastic is not as flexible as traditional ferrules. And 3d printed ferrules with intricate designs are a bit more delicate where 2 colors meet and form a seam. Using force to push a ferrule that is too snug higher up a shaft can cause cracking or splitting. Instead, if a ferrule is too snug for your shaft, we recommend boring out the inner diameter of the ferrule with a cylindrical file, a drill, or sandpaper until it can slide up to where it will sit above the hosel.
